Return and Refund Policy

We want every GlitchMeme order to arrive correctly and in excellent condition. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the complete item and the issue
A photograph of the shipping label when requested

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we provide specific instructions.

Size, Color, and Selection Errors

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds when:

The wrong size was selected
The wrong color was selected
The wrong product or design was selected
The customer changes their mind
The item does not fit as expected but matches the published size guide
The shipping address was entered incorrectly

Please review the product description, color selection, and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders enter processing shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests and changes to the size, color, design, or shipping address are not guaranteed.

Contact us immediately if a change is needed. If production or fulfillment has already started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Print Placement and Color

Product photographs and mockups are provided to represent the design and garment as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, garment dye variations, and the printing process.

Minor variations in print placement, scale, or color are not considered defects. A print-placement variation of up to approximately 0.5 inches may occur during production.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

GlitchMeme is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied during checkout. If a package is returned because of an address error, reshipment or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but it cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local delivery office before contacting us.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail an item to the address shown on the shipping package without contacting us first. That address may belong to a fulfillment facility that cannot process customer returns.

Items returned without authorization may not be received, identified, refunded, or sent back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or the wrong item was delivered.

How to Report a Problem

Reply to your order-confirmation email or contact us through the Contact page on GlitchMeme.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the required photographs. Claims submitted without adequate information may take longer to review.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws. Where local law requires a different remedy or return period, the applicable legal requirement will control.

3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before ordering.

Measurements are approximate and minor manufacturing variations may occur. An item that corresponds with the published size guide is not considered defective solely because the customer prefers a different fit.

We do not guarantee that every product style will fit identically.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment problems
Invalid or incomplete shipping information
Order quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts disclosed before checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or another authorized payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and estimated delivery information is provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Production, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout, subject to applicable law and our policies concerning damaged, defective, lost, or incorrectly delivered orders.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because the customer selected the wrong size, color, product, or design, or because the customer changed their mind.
